In 90 days we help parents suffering from back pain and sciatica resolve pain for themselves and their families in order to take back their active lifestyle and enjoy the people they love without limitation!
Where at you getting tripped up with healing sciatica?
Here’s what I normally see from people:
It’s thinking I need an MRI to “see what’s going on”
And blindly chasing symptoms for instance relief.
Think about a leaky pipe. You have to figure out where it’s leaking from, not plug the hole it’s coming out of.
(Weird analogy, but hey, I’m trying here 😂)
Anyways, to get to your root cause (and/or leaky pipe) go ahead and comment with “Guide” below.

The lats are an often overlooked muscle group for lower back pain relief,
But they play such an important role in stabilizing the shoulder,
Roll right over the lower back with the thick thoracolumabar fascia,
And support the multifidus in stabilizing the spine.
Training this muscle group also helps to teach the patient how to stabilize the spine in various functional patterns
ie. Staggered stance, hinging, and kneeling with a neutral spine.
Save this post to not forget about the lats during your next training session 👊
Are you stuck in a sciatica flare up 😥?

What are schmorl’s nodes and how do they relate to healing disc herniation?
For 90-95% of people with sciatica resulting from a herniated disc there are movements, exercises, and or positions which will make the symptoms better and improve the rate of healing.
The real challenge is finding which movements, positions, and activities will decrease and centralize your pain.
To find this out, go through my Guide to a Better Diagnosis to improve your rate of healing starting today.
Totally FREE. My gift to you 🙏
