Workforce Buffalo, in partnership with WNY CDL, is offering a hands-on training program designed to prepare you to earn your CDL-B license and operate heavy equipment vehicles such as dump trucks, cement trucks, tractor trailers, and school buses. This opportunity is funded through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

The DHS Career Expo is coming to the Buffalo Convention Center on September 1-2, 2026. π’ Reminder: Important Service Update from Workforce Buffalo
Workforce Buffalo announces the permanent closure of its SUNY Erie North and South Career Center locations, effective July 31, 2026. To enhance operational efficiency and maximize resources, all services will be consolidated at the Workforce Buffalo Downtown Career Center, located at 77 Broadway, Buffalo, NY 14203.
Clients currently receiving services at the SUNY Erie locations will continue to have uninterrupted access to workforce development, career, training, and employer services through our Downtown Career Center. During this transition, there may be slightly longer response times, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
