We’re very excited to officially announce our collaboration with Catalyst Fitness! Boxstar Training Buffalo will be relocating inside Catalyst Fitness at 1999 Elmwood Avenue in May! 💪🥊
We’re going to miss our original location and all of the memories made here since we opened in 2017, but we are thrilled about the next era of Boxstar 📈 We can’t wait to share all of the amazing benefits our members will have in our new location ‼️

NEW CLASS! MONDAYS @ 7:30 PM WITH COACH DOUG. Welcome to our “Learn to Spar” class, designed for individuals eager to elevate their boxing skills to the next level. This dynamic class focuses on the art of controlled sparring, where participants will hone their technique, footwork, and defensive strategies under the guidance of experienced coaches. Mouth guard suggested but not required.
