Hmmm🤔... What do to with all that zucchini ... Oh, I have an idea! How about some chocolate chocolate chip zucchini bread? (let's be honest though, this is cake, not bread.)
I started with some gorgeously golden grass-fed butter, organic cocoa powder, vanilla bean paste, and organic instant coffee, and created a lusciously soft and moist cake with organic chocolate chips! The coffee adds such a delicious touch. It's to DIE FOR. 👌
But I was on a roll, so it didn't make sense to stop there, after all, if the zucchini plant ain't taking a break, neither should I, right?
So I made an organic GLUTEN FRIENDLY version, AND...
I couldn't help myself, I had to make Snickerdoodle Zucchini Bread (Cake) too!
While we won't have sourdough tomorrow as I planned, I hope you'll accept my homemade zucchini bread as an apology for the inconvenience.
Buy by the (sharable) slice in our farm shop tomorrow morning at 10am! ⏰

Ingredients: Grass-fed butter, organic flour, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa powder, goat milk yogurt, duck eggs, zucchini, baking soda, sea salt, organic chocolate chips.

GF version: grass-fed butter, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa powder, homemade organic GF flour blend (white rice flour, corn flour, potato starch) goat milk yogurt, duck eggs, baking soda, sea salt, zucchini, organic chocolate chips.

Onion Dill 🐐 🧀, fresh from the kitchen!
Paired with a salty cracker, a fresh cucumber slice: this is the epitome of a light, yet satisfying summer snack! My garden is a little behind schedule this year, but it still gave me a few gems to add to the plate! 😁

Horray! Not only do we have fresh organic sourdough (4x classic white, 4x Italian Herb and Cheese), but we now have a functional fridge out in the farm shop!
We've got our 🐐🧀 stocked in the freezer, plus local maple syrup, a wonderful selection of organic jams and jellies, and so much more!
Enjoy the cooler temps with a drive out to the farm, windows down!
And just a reminder, while it may be slightly less convenient to get around the road construction, we are still OPEN.

Well, it seems our farm fridge has officially called it quits! I believe it's a slow refrigerant leak. Dang. 🥴
I brought all of our 🐐🧀, milk, and yogurt into the house for safe cold storage. If you need any of these items, please reach out to me directly before you visit so I can bring them out for you! If you have any leads on a clean, working, standard size fridge and freezer, please let me know.
