🧹 Main Street, we’re comin’ for ya! 😎 This Saturday, we’re teaming up with our friends and partners at @parksidebuffalo, @ourheights, and Central Park Homeowners Association to clean up 28 WHOLE BLOCKS of Main Street, from Kenmore Avenue to Humboldt Parkway. That’s 28 blocks of litter-banishing goodness! 💪 We’ll be picking up litter, trimming trees, weeding tree pits, planting bulbs, and tackling all kinds of other projects to help get our commercial corridor looking its best for fall. 🍂🌱 And when the work is done and you've worked up an appetite, join us at 12:30 PM in front of The Tool Library for a cookout. We’ll be grilling up some deliciousness for our hardworking volunteers! 🌭 RSVP on our website: www.thetoollibrary.org/service (🔗 in bio) and be sure to select the meeting location for the section where you’d like to lend a hand. 📍 UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS: Allen Hall - 3485 Main Street 📍 CENTRAL PARK: Elber’s/Lenahan Derm - 2900 Main Street 📍 VERNON TRIANGLE: The Tool Library - 2626 Main Street 📍 PARKSIDE: PCA Office - 2318 Main Street A huge THANK YOU to our sponsors @mandt_bank, @buffalouniversitydistrict, @joelferoleto, @councilwomaneverhart, @universityatbuffalo Community Relations, and @lexingtoncoop for helping make this MEGA cleanup a MEGA success! 🙌 #saturdaysareforservice

Borrowing a fun idea from our friends over at Allentown Association, we are hosting our first Spooky Porches of Parkside decorating contest! Register your porch by Friday, 10/9. A map will be available on our website, and voting will take place between 10/18 - 10/28. The winner will be announced on Halloween and will get their picture in the next issue of the Parkside Newsletter!

We're partnering with The Tool Library and University Heights Collaborative to clean up Main Street on Saturday, October 3, from 10am to 12pm.

Volunteer sign-up is through The Tool Library website. Select the Parkside location, 2318 Main Street.

•We’ll do all the planting but welcome your help if you’d like to participate. It’s fun for the whole family.
