What an incredible July it was! ☀️🧡

Our day program groups enjoyed a month filled with fun, adventure, learning, and awesome memories!

🎡 The Chautauqua I-Learn group had a fantastic time at the Chautauqua County Fair, enjoying carnival rides, delicious fair treats, and an exciting magic show.

⚾ The Chautauqua Day group had a blast cheering on the Buffalo Bisons at an exciting baseball game!

🦒 Our Harlem group explored The Buffalo Zoo where they saw incredible animals, including rhinos, giraffes, and many more! 🦏

We are so grateful for these opportunities to explore new places, build connections, and create meaningful memories together.

We can’t wait for even more adventures throughout August! 🌟

Our Harlem Day Hab group had a wonderful time participating in the 38th Annual Developmental Disability Awareness Day! 🧡

It was a great opportunity to celebrate inclusion, raise awareness, and advocate for the rights and contributions of individuals with developmental disabilities. We enjoyed connecting with others, learning from speakers and exhibitors, and being part of a day dedicated to promoting acceptance, opportunity, and community.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a meaningful experience. We are proud to support a more inclusive future for all! 🌟

We are very excited to share that our Harlem Day Hab group was recently recognized at North Park Community Preschool graduation ceremony for the second year in a row for their outstanding volunteer efforts throughout the year! 🏆 🎓

Their dedication, kindness, and commitment to giving back have made a meaningful impact! Through their ongoing volunteer work, they have built lasting connections, created memorable experiences, and demonstrated the power of community involvement. 🧡

Being recognized for a second consecutive year is a testament to the positive difference they continue to make. We are incredibly proud of our Harlem Day Hab group and grateful for the compassion, enthusiasm, and support they bring wherever they go.🌟

The Chautauqua I-Learn group had a great day exploring the community while visiting local parks, including Russell Joy Park and Point Gratiot, as part of a nature-themed scavenger hunt. ☘️

Group members worked together to complete their scavenger hunt checklist while enjoying the outdoors, sunshine, and beautiful scenery. Along the way, they also had the chance to use physical activity equipment at one of the parks, adding even more movement and excitement to the day. 🌞

There was plenty of walking, laughing, and taking fun photos to capture the experience. We love every opportunity to connect with nature, stay active, and explore our community together! 🦋

After spending time outside together, the group made a sweet stop at Sullivan's Charbroil for some delicious ice cream. 🍦🍨

Everyone enjoyed the chance to relax, chat, and take in the beautiful day. It was the perfect way to spend time together and celebrate the summer season!

🌿 From seed to garden bed, our Harlem Day Hab group has been hard at work this spring!

A few weeks ago, participants planted seeds in cups at our program site and carefully nurtured them as they began to sprout. Recently, they had the exciting opportunity to transplant those seedlings into the Victory Garden, giving them room to continue growing and thriving.🌞

This hands-on gardening experience teaches patience, responsibility, and teamwork while helping beautify our community. We can't wait to watch the garden flourish throughout the season! 🌸🥦

This past weekend, the Chautauqua I-Learn group attended Farm Day in Westfield, NY and had such a wonderful time! 🚜🍇

The group enjoyed watching the parade come down Main Street, seeing all the vintage farm tractors on display, and listening to live music. It was such a fun free community event with so many interesting things to experience. ✨

Thank you to the Concord Grape Belt Heritage Association and the Chautauqua County Antique Equipment Association for putting together such a wonderful event! 🧡

Our Harlem Day Hab group has been keeping busy with some fun community activities! 🥒🐾

Recently, the group enjoyed a hands-on pickle making activity where they sliced cucumbers, created their own pickling mixture, and made homemade pickles from start to finish. Everyone had a great time learning new kitchen skills and creating a fun snack!

The group also spent time volunteering at Paws Inn The Falls Animal Complex, helping care for the animals by feeding them, cleaning cages, and giving them some extra love and attention. It was a rewarding experience for everyone involved and a great opportunity to give back to the community. 🐶🐱

We are so proud of all the hard work, kindness, and enthusiasm our groups continue to show each day! 🧡

What an awesome day for some rounds of bingo! Especially when there’s a chance to win a prize! 😏

Our Harlem Day Hab crew had an unforgettable adventure at the Buffalo Fire Historical Society. 🔥🚒

Everyone got hands-on with firefighter gear, explored historic fire trucks, and discovered the incredible history of Buffalo firefighting. There was so much to see, learn, and experience throughout the museum!

A big THANK YOU to the amazing staff and volunteers for making our visit so welcoming, interactive, and fun. 🧡

This was definitely a visit our group will be talking about for a long time! ✨
