Summer in Buffalo is an incredible time, even with the unusually hot weather. Despite the heat, I managed to enjoy a bike ride, a beach outing, and dinner on the porch. These activities are possible because I prioritize my spiritual well-being, which enhances my ability to interact effectively with the world. Join me this Thursday at 7 PM for a spiritual tuneup. Today’s (7-2-26) Trinity at seven Service will be at Chapel. As it will be for most good weather days. Zoom access is always available. See specifics on another part of the page. Yes it’s hot outside which means it’ll be hot inside the chapel. However, the small amount of sweat is worth the boost to my spirituality. see you there! John

Hello fellow 12 steps at Trinity enthusiasts. The nice weather is finally here, but, that does not mean that my insides will be cared for by the sun. I still have to show up to get a dose of spirituality and Fellowship. Join us every Thursday 7:00. The good weather means that the service will be at the church. If you cannot make it in person, zoom is always open for your participation. New to Zoom at Trinity? Just send Matt an email to receive your login information. Majority of the time the response will be that day.
