✅ Pay your security deposit (if applicable)
💸 Pay your first installment before Move-In Day
🛡️ Upload your renters insurance policy through ResidentPortal or let us know you’ll be using our Landlord Legal Liability Master Policy before Move-In Day

Completing these steps before you arrive will help make your check-in process as quick and easy as possible, so you can grab your keys and start settling into your new home! 🔑✨

✨ May Move-Out Reminder ✨

If your lease ends in May, it’s time to start preparing for move-out!

📦 Move-out envelopes are available for pickup at:
• The front desk
• The mailbox area

🔑 Before returning your keys, please make sure:
✔️ Your unit is fully cleaned
✔️ Blinds are closed
✔️ Bedroom doors are locked

⚠️ Important: If your lease ends in July and you choose to turn in your keys early, you will still be financially responsible for rent through the end of your lease term.
