Good Neighbor Home Inspections

"The only way to do great work is to love what you do!"

I love what I do and will give you the best home inspection experience and the best customer service everyday, that will have you telling all your friends about your new Good Neighbor. I treat every client like they are a member of my family so you know that you are my number one priority and am looking out for you and your home before, during and even after your home inspection. I am a NYS Certified and Insured Professional Home Inspector. I have been trained and have experience with building systems and structures, I understand how the different components of your home work together and function to keep your home in good working order. I have a background in property management, general maintenance, and customer service. These are the two most respected and accredited societies for Home Inspectors. There are many reasons these societies are beneficial, for me it is the the massive amount of information at my finger tips, tools to become a better inspector than I am today and the the ability to continue educating myself consistently throughout the year. I believe that continuing education and experience to maintain and expand my knowledge base is the cornerstone to being a great and successful Home Inspector. I received my education and training at the Cusack Center for Professional Development. They are the leaders in real estate and real estate related fields including home inspections. Through them I have completed a classroom and field based training course under the watchful eye of a NYS certified professional home inspectors. I am are here to serve you and interests which is why I work hard to be the best and to give you the very best. Ryan Thomas, Founder of Good Neighbor Home Inspections
