Radish Sweets

I experimented with Sweet & Spicy Tomato Jam last night! My first thought was “this would be delicious on meatloaf” but I used it for a breakfast sandwich this morning and it was so good 😋

I’m in the process of renewing my cottage food license! 🥐

I wanted to take a poll of ideas I have for everyone to give me insight but apparently you can’t make polls for posts anymore so I’m just going to list them and ask if you’d comment which ideas you might be the most interested in.

I would like to do more than fudge (this was an overall goal from the start) and with the seasons shortly changing, I want to do fall themed goods until Mid November and switch to holiday themes leading into December.

Any input would be appreciated!

Hey! My name is Ashley (you can also definitely call me Radish).

I'm a Minnesota Cottage Food Producer located currently in Buffalo, MN. I offer direct delivery, and hope I can sell at a few farmers markets this season.

I am just starting my business selling fudge and popcorn snack mix. I eventually would love to sell banana and zucchini breads, jams and preserves, pretzels, and some pickles and much more. In the future, I'd love to expand to a full food license to sell a wider variety of foods and meals!
