Watch "In Our Own Words", and hear heartfelt stories detailing the widespread and broad-based East Side Buffalo (NY) community opposition, to New York State Department of Transportation's proposed Route 33 Kensington Expressway Project. In the Summer of 2023, Covington Associates Consulting's Sherry Sherrill produced this mini-documentary about the opinions of (current and former) Humboldt Parkway neighborhood residents, and their Loved Ones. This https://youtu.be/D7oPkrO5lc4 shortened format version is an excerpt of the first, second, and fourth interviews recorded.

P.S. Please also take the Listening Session survey that NYSDOT is circulating. You'll find its link in the comments section under the photo of the video, underneath this paragraph.

Happy Thanksgiving 2025. If you are reading this goodwill wish, it means that, despite what may have occurred earlier in and/or throughout this incredible year, you have made it to the near end of it, after all. There are so many reasons to be grateful for that, really. What are some things, and who are some persons, you are truly grateful for? Everyone who saw this year ring in, did not make it to this point, and won't see 2026 ushered into existence. Please drive carefully, and do be and remain alert when out in the community and public. Stay safe. I want to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas, and an ultra Happy New Year.

Sincerely,
Sherry Sherrill,
Founder,
