Nextimage3D has been serving the commercial real estate industry for over thirty years. Starting out in the early 1980's, Nakashima Tschoegl & Associates began working for Goldman Sachs to market Class A real estate properties in California. As the market for investment real estate boomed during that decade, NTA worked on projects throughout the country for other investment banking companies, including Morgan Stanley. The bursting of the real estate bubble in 1989 led to the break up of NTA and the formation of Nextimage3D as a company pursuing leading edge technologies. In 2000 Nextimage3D adopted digital technologies for photography and continues to expand its service offerings to clients through drone and video technologies. Today we offer comprehensive digital imaging services for marketing and work with many of the leading commercial real estate brokers in Southern California.
