Mary is the beloved aunt of Three Trees Books co-owner Tim Miller and the editor behind acclaimed Oregon author Brian Doyle’s new posthumous collection of daily inspirational essays, “Wonder Is a Lovely Place to Be”.

As Brian’s longtime partner and steward of his literary legacy, Mary brings a deeply personal perspective on Brian’s work and the lasting impact he continues to have on readers in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

Our Q&A will begin at 3:00 PM at Burien’s Highline Heritage Museum, followed by a book release party at Three Trees Books from 4:00–6:00 PM.

We’ll supply a bunch of bubbly (N/A + alcoholic) 🥂+ cookies 🍪 too. 😁

Optional:  If you’d like - no pressure - the party host is also invited to be a bookseller-for-one-night! Plan to arrive early and you can curate the bookstore’s window display. If we have a couple of weeks’ notice we can custom-order titles you particularly love.
