Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, R&B/Pop artist Eddie Andersen always saw himself pursuing music because of the impact it has made on his life. During his senior year of high school, Eddie attended The Merit School of Music in Chicago where he began his contemporary music training. After connecting with hometown friend and LA producer Ryan Jarvis, Eddie released his debut single on Spotify, Pressure. This song paints a picture of Eddie’s struggle with his dream of pursuing a career in the entertainment industry. Eddie’s songs are steeped in reality, which sets him apart from his contemporaries. He acknowledges that everyone faces struggles and hopes to provide listeners with lyrics they can relate to. Eddie recently worked towards mastering his artistry at Best Semester’s Contemporary Music Center in Nashville, Tennessee where he wrote and performed original songs every week. The ‘ber months are here! Starting out the month with my debut at 93 Octane in Elmhurst this Thursday! And next week I’ll be back at the Grove in Bourbonnais followed by my debut at Heroes West in Lemont with my trio! At the end of the month, I’ll be in Michigan two weekends in a row at Round Barn and Tabor Hill! Mark those calendars and I’ll see you there!📆
