Another ear infection… another round of antibiotics? 👂🏼
For many families, it can start to feel like an endless cycle. But what if we started asking WHY the ear infections keep coming back?
Instead of only reacting to each infection, it may be time to look deeper at the factors contributing to the pattern. 🧠
Watch the full video to learn more about antibiotics, recurring ear infections, and why getting to the root of the problem matters. 💙
Ear pain, sleepless nights, and a little one who just can’t get comfortable. 💔 Recurring ear infections can be exhausting for the whole family.
Why do they happen so often in kids? 👂 Their Eustachian tubes—the tiny passages that help drain the middle ear—are smaller and more horizontal than adults’. Add swelling from a cold, and fluid can become trapped behind the eardrum.
What we often see on scans is that stress in the upper neck will limit the ear's ability to drain and decrease the strength of the immune system. Gentle and specific pediatric chiropractic adjustments can correct these issues and give relief from ear infections without needing to reach for more antibiotics!

What if the missing piece in your child’s health is something no one has looked at yet? 🧠💙
The nervous system plays a HUGE role in how kids sleep, regulate, adapt, heal, and handle everyday stress.
When we stop chasing individual symptoms and start looking at the bigger picture, we can begin asking a better question: WHY is their body struggling in the first place?
Watch the full video to learn more. 💙
Another ear infection. Another round of antibiotics. Then a few weeks later... you're right back where you started. 😩
Recurring ear infections may be common in kids, but common does not equal normal.
If the infections keep coming back, we need to ask a bigger question:
WHY is your child's body struggling to drain the fluid and keep their ears healthy in the first place?
Because repeatedly treating the infection may help with what's happening right now, but it doesn't necessarily address why the cycle keeps happening.
In this video, Dr. Andrew explains the two big pieces we look at with recurring ear infections, proper drainage and immune function, why the birth process can play a role, and why some kids seem to get stuck in the same cycle over and over again.
Your child doesn't have to simply "grow out of it."
If you're tired of repeating the same cycle and want to look deeper, this video is for you. 💙

We are SO excited to officially welcome Jennica to the Thrive family! 🎉💙
Jennica has always had a heart for nurturing and serving others. For years, she led early childhood education at Grace Community Church, walking alongside families through some of life’s most formative seasons. Now, she’s bringing that same warmth, compassion, and love for families to Thrive.
Family is at the center of Jennica’s world. She and her husband have three children, all homeschooled, with one already graduated and off to college! Through every season of raising her own family, she’s developed an even deeper appreciation for supporting kids AND their parents.
And that’s exactly what drew her to Thrive. When asked what she was most excited about, Jennica said it was being part of a team that truly cares about the health and well being of children and their parents, and helping families give their children the best life possible.💙
A few fun facts about Jennica: she loves hiking or curling up with a good book, her go to drink is an Iced Hot Honey from Silver Stream, and dried mangoes with an Olipop Root Beer are her snack of choice. She’s also happiest outdoors kayaking, loves a good glass of wine, and is a proud true crime ju**ie. 😂
We already know Jennica is going to fit right in around here, and we can’t wait for all of you to get to know her!
Help us give Jennica a BIG Thrive welcome in the comments! 👏💙
