What a special moment for Rooted in Movement! We’re so grateful to Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania for coming out to celebrate our new space and officially welcome us with a ribbon cutting.
We’re incredibly proud to be putting down roots right here in Cranberry Township, surrounded by a community that has embraced what we’re creating.

Last night had us in our feels. 💚
I stood there watching these women move, laugh, let go, and just completely lose themselves in the moment — and I genuinely had tears in my eyes.
Fully alive.
Fully empowered.
Fully present.
There was something so incredibly special about the energy in that room. Women showing up exactly as they are, taking up space, moving their bodies, cheering each other on and feeling GOOD.
This. This is why we created Rooted in Movement.
It was never just about learning steps or getting a workout in.
It’s about moments like this.
Connection. Joy. Freedom. Community.
Movement really is medicine. 🌿
And last night, we felt every bit of it. 💚
And as always, a huge thank you to DanceX4 | Dance Fitness | Cardio Workout for bringing your energy, your heart, and your magic into this space. We are so grateful to have you as part of the Rooted family. 🫶

Seeing this space filled with people, laughter, music and movement was pretty incredible. What started as an idea has become a real community, and we are so grateful for every person who is becoming part of it.
This is just the beginning for Rooted in Movement, and we cannot wait to see where we go from here. 🌿

A new month, new dances, and two brand-new additions to the Rooted schedule! 💃🌿
We’re so excited to welcome guest instructors into the studio this month:
💜 Johnny Robinson — bringing West Coast Swing to Rooted on Wednesday evenings! Whether you’re new to WCS or ready to build your skills, come learn, connect and have some fun.
🌿 Dr. Cindy Maro — a completely different way to move. These gentle, restorative classes combine mindful movement, breathing and balance to help you slow down, reset and recharge.
And of course, all your Rooted favorites are still here — Ballroom, Country Line Dance, Latin Dance Fitness, DanceX4 and more!
