Zimco Tool and Boschert USA are in Munich for the PASS Stanztechnik car tour!

Before hitting the road, we spent some time exploring the city, including Munich’s famous New Town Hall and Glockenspiel at Marienplatz, completed in 1905.

We finished the day with a traditional Bavarian dinner and a b**r at the Hofbräuhaus!

A curled extrusion hole is not a standard “pull it from the catalog” type of tool.

For one customer application, our partners in Germany completed testing before the tool ever left the facility. The goal was simple: confirm the final result, check the form quality, and make sure the customer received a tool that was ready to perform.

That extra testing step helps remove guesswork and gives the customer confidence before the tooling arrives.

Special applications take extra attention - and that is exactly where strong supplier support matters!
