Affirmations:

Sacred rest~
I give myself permission to rest without guilt. My worth is not measured by my productivity.

Gentle healing~
I honor what still hurts within me. I meet my wounds with compassion, patience, & love.

Reclaiming self~
I lovingly release the old aspects of myself that no longer fit. I trust the woman I am becoming.

Journal Prompts:

What still needs my tenderness? What pain, emotions, or old wounds are asking to be acknowledged within me? How can I offer myself compassion, patience, & sacred rest instead of pressure to move on?

What am I ready to release? What beliefs, patterns, identities, or protective aspects of myself no longer align with who I am today? What would it feel like to lovingly let them go?

09/15/2026

There is sacredness in slowing down.

In turning inward.

In giving yourself permission to rest, reflect, & tend to the parts of you that still hurt.

Healing isn't always about moving forward... sometimes, it's about sitting gently with what still needs your love within yourself & your wounds.

The old versions of you that once helped you survive may no longer fit the person you are now becoming and that's okay.

You are allowed to release the identities, beliefs, patterns, & protective walls that no longer serve your highest good.

You are allowed to outgrow who you were.
You are allowed to pause without guilt.
You are allowed to rest without earning it.

Your cyclical nature was never meant to be a constant state of doing.

Just as winter returns to the stillness of the Earth, you too can honor your own seasons of retreat, reflection, & renewal.

So this season, ask yourself...

What still hurts within me?
What am I ready to lovingly release?
What part of me needs tenderness instead of pressure?

You do not have to rush your healing.
You do not have to force your transformation.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is come home to yourself, breathe deeply, & allow the next version of you to emerge in her own time.

Rest is sacred. Reflection is healing. Releasing is freedom.

Affirmations:

Sovereignty~
I belong to myself. My body, my voice, my choices, & my energy are sacred. I do not need permission to own my life.

Cyclical Wisdom~
I honor my natural rhythms. I trust myself to rest, release, create, & rise in alignment with my own cyclical nature.

Discernment~
I question what I have been taught, listen to my inner wisdom, & choose what is true and aligned for me. I am not afraid to walk my own sacred way.

Journal Prompts:

What have I been conditioned to believe? What beliefs about who I should be, should live, produce, or behave have I inherited from my family, society, or my past? Which of these beliefs still feel true for me, & which am I ready to question or release?

What would owning myself look like? If I fully honored my body, my cyclical nature, my intuition, my healing, & my independent wisdom, what would I do differently? What is one small, radical act of self-ownership I can take today?

09/14/2026

They called her radical. A liberal. A fanatic. A criminal.

But this isn't new, witchling, not in the least.

Every generation has had its witches. The people who questioned the rules, trusted their intuition, followed their own rhythms, & refused to shrink themselves to fit into a world that demanded their obedience.

The healers.
The truth-seekers.
The people who dared to think for themselves.

They were told they were too much, too emotional, too rebellious, too dangerous.

And perhaps that's because a woman who remembers her own wisdom becomes much harder to control.

Your cyclical nature is not a weakness.

Your intuition is not something to silence.

Your healing is not something to apologize for.

Your independence is not something to surrender.

You are allowed to question what you've been taught. To honor your body's rhythms. To rest, release, create, & rise in alignment with your own sacred way.

Being a witch isn't about following someone else's rules.

Being a healer isn't about becoming someone's guru.

It's about cultivating discernment, reclaiming your wisdom, & remembering that you belong to yourself.

And perhaps the most radical act of rebellion isn't fighting the system... it's owning yourself.

Your body.
Your voice.
Your choices.
Your time.
Your energy.
Your magic.

So let them call you radical.

You were never meant to be a perfect product of their system anway, witch.

You were meant to remember who you are beneath the conditioning.

Own yourself, witch.
Reclaim your wisdom.
Walk in your sacred way.

This is YOUR life to live... so live it wildly, radically, liberally.

✨️Sacred Cycles Oracle Guidance✨️

18. Menstruation

I Surrender to My Body's Sacred Wisdom

Menstruation, the time of great release within our cycles, the time of deep connection through the rhythm of our bodies & blood.

Estrogen & progesterone drops to their lowest levels allowing the body to naturally shed the lining, cleansing & clearing what is no longer needed both phaycially & energetically.

The menstrual phase of the womb cycle is considered to be taboo, something to ignore & power through, ignoring the divine medicine that comes with our natural bleed.

But, my friend, when we ignore this phase we ignore tha magic it brings. Each time the Sacred Body chooses to unburden itself of those accumulated layers it invites us to acknowledge the potent mix of grief & relief that arises within ourselves.

The wisdom of this phase can be explored no matter if you are experincing a cycle or not, as this phase reminds us that in order to grow we must be willing to let go mentally, emotionally, & physically... effectively preparing you for the next phase, the next direction your life is flowing into at this time.

Journal Prompt:

What am I currently co-creating with the Universe? How might I expand the vision I have to greater heights?

09/06/2026

Take a slow, deep breath in...

Place one hand over your heart & one hand over your womb.

Breathe in: I am here.
Breathe out: I am safe within myself.

Again...

Breathe in: I choose myself.
Breathe out: I release what is no longer mine to carry.

And one more deep breath...

Breathe in: I am becoming.
Breathe out: I am already enough.

Now, feel your feet beneath you.
Feel the ground holding you.
Feel your body here, in this moment, in this life.

I honor the woman I had to become to survive.
I honor every wound, every shadow, every tear, & every version of me that carried me here.

I no longer need to be hardened by my past to be protected.
I no longer need to make myself smaller to be loved.
I no longer need to prove that I am enough.

I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am allowed to soften.
I am allowed to receive.
I am allowed to rest.
I am allowed to live.

I choose myself.
I trust myself.
I belong to myself.

I am not who I was when I was wounded.
I am who I chose to become while healing.

And today, I give myself permission to stop merely surviving & begin living the life my soul has been waiting for.

Take one final breath in...

I am here.

And slowly exhale...

I am home within myself.

I am whole.
I am sovereign.
I am free.

And I am so damn proud of the woman I have become.

09/06/2026

You're such a strong woman...

Words I've heard so many times, words that both make me feel proud and sad all at once... words that bring tears to my eyes because if they only knew how hard it was to become this woman I am today.

The pain, the loneliness, the trauma, the abuse... always feeling like I was too much, or never enough... the hurt that covered my heart in the thick walls of my shadows, trying to "protect" me from everything I have ever endured.

They don't know of the shell of a woman I once was... numb to my life, to my children, my husband, my friends, myself... fearing what would happen if I got too comfortable, too close, what would happen if I let the weight of my wounds out onto them... still worried I was too much & not enough all at the same time.

They don't see the woman who spent years, YEARS, dismantling everything that once felt "safe," even at the expense of me actually living presently in my world.

They never witnessed the tears, the screams of agony, the despair of uncovering my past wounds... of discovering when I was failed over & over again by those I was meant to trust.

They never saw the meltdowns, the begging for the pain to go away, the wishing I wouldn't wake from one morning to the next... the struggle of rebuilding on the ashes of a life that I no longer fit into... that I never truly fit into.

They haven't seen me raw, broken, & bared open... they haven't seen the woman who finally stopped running from her own shadows, the woman who sat with her pain instead of abandoning herself inside of it, the woman who learned that healing wasn't about becoming who she was before... it was about becoming someone she had never been allowed to be.

Whole.
Soft.
Powerful.
Present.
Sovereign.

They haven't seen the countless times I had to choose myself when every part of me wanted to disappear. They haven't seen me learn how to trust my own voice, how to set boundaries without apologizing, how to love without losing myself, how to receive without feeling undeserving.

They never saw the woman who had to learn how to rest without believing I had to earn it, how to feel my feelings without allowing them to define me, how to look at the woman in the mirror & finally recognize her, myself, for the first time ever in my life.

So when you tell me I'm a strong woman... I hear you and I understand why you say this.

But I also hear the story behind those words, every single story I hold in my soul. Because this strength wasn't something I was simply born with... it was forged through pain, through grief, through rage, through tears.

Through the uncomfortable unraveling of everything I once believed I had to be.

And still...

I didn't become strong because life was gentle with me. I became strong in spite of it. Because somewhere beneath all the pain, there was a woman who refused to abandon herself... a woman who kept reaching for herself, a woman who kept choosing herself, a woman who, even in her darkest moments, was still whispering...

"There has to be more than this... I am still here and I want to live!"

And she was right... there was. There is... and now I don't want to simply survive this life. I want to LIVE in it, THRIVE in it!

Fully.
Wildly.
Softly.
Sacredly.

With my whole heart open.
With my shadows beside me instead of hidden away.
With every scar reminding me that I made it here.

So yes... I am a strong woman.

But more than that... I am a woman who came back to herself over and over again, every single day.

And Goddess... I am so fu***ng proud of her, of me... and I always will be.

✨️Divine Feminine Rememberance✨️

Mary Magdalene

The Apostle to the Apostles

I am the bridge between heaven & earth.
I am fully human & fully divine.

Mary Magdalene embodies the capacity we all have to merge with the soul & receive divine guidance through a love that never ends.

Cynthia Bourgeault, a Episcopal priest & author to The Meaning of Mary Magdalene, uncovered that the Gospels of Thomas, Philip, & Mary Magdalene displayed that Mary was not only Yeahua's beloved companion, she was also his equal & taught right along his side.

Bourgeault believes that the Gospel of Mary holds Yeshua's divine teachings of passing through the seven stages of the soul to reach nous, or the highest point of the soul, & live as a fully divine human. This belief is why Bourgeault believes Mary was able to witness Yeshua's resurrection.

Legend then states that Mary traveled to the south of Francr to escape persecution & continue her ministry... some believe she was with child when she fled, baring the true blood of Christ within her womb, the Holy Grail. Whichever story you feel true to you, it is said that she carried the true message of Christ & lived within the full love that inhibits the human heart & far surpasses it.

Mary Magdalene represents that fierce & unwavering love she held within her heart... accessing the raw, vulnerable, beautiful parts of yourself & your soul. We too have access to this, my friend, the love of self that keeps us moving forward, healing, growing, learning... that same love that sheds away the layers of self that aren't our truth to find what always was.

She carries the teachings that we are divine & human... & it is through that human experince we find what it is truly like to be whole within ourselves.

Soul-Voice Meditation:

Where has my love not yet reached?

09/05/2026

Affirmations:

✨ I do not have to earn rest; I am worthy of it simply because I exist.

✨ I honor my changing energy & allow myself to flow with my natural rhythms.

✨ Rest nourishes my body, supports my healing, & gives me the energy to continue becoming.

Journal Prompts:

🌙 Where in my life have I been treating rest as something I must earn, rather than something I genuinely need?

🍂 What would change if I began honoring my body's need for rest before I reached the point of exhaustion?

09/04/2026

You do not have to earn your rest, my witchy darling.

You don't have to finish everything. You don't have to prove you're exhausted enough. You don't have to burn yourself out before you're allowed to stop.

Rest is necessary.

Your body, your mind, your spirit, & your healing all require moments of stillness to restore, replenish, & integrate.

Especially as we move through the luteal phase, we are being invited to turn inward… to soften our pace, tend to ourselves, & honor the wisdom of our changing energy.

Cyclical living isn't about forcing yourself to show up the same way every day, my friend... that is a socially constructed lie.

It's about learning to flow with yourself rather than constantly fighting against yourself... that is our true nature.

Rest keeps you from running on empty. Rest creates space for healing. Rest allows your energy to regenerate. Rest helps you continue your path without abandoning yourself along the way.

So today, let yourself pause.

Not because you've done enough... but, because you are worthy of being cared for even when you haven't done a damn thing. 🖤

Your rest is not a reward.

It is a natural part of the rhythm... it is a protest against the forced lie of how we "should" be and allows us to actually be true to ourselves 🌙✨
