Nassau....so many cruisers say it's not their favorite stop.
I actually LOVE Nassau, especially the beaches! Here are some of my favorite things to do there.
Take a taxi to Cable Beach. Rent chairs and an umbrella. There are vendors with food. Cable Beach is one of my favorite beaches in the Caribbean. Inexpensive way to spend your day.
The Blue Lagoon. Boat ride to a small island with great beach and extras like swim with dolphins or sharks if that's your thing. We enjoy the boat ride out and back as much as being on the island.
Day passes to resorts: Baha Mar, Margaritaville, Hilton British Colonial, or Breezes. A day pass gives you access to all amenities at the resort, and each of these is on Cable Beach. I can advise on each of these day passes. These are usually priced very well and are a great option.,
Snorkeling Excursion. The ocean in the Bahamas is the clearest you'll find anywhere. Snorkeling is a great option.
Don't let a cruise that ports in Nassau deter you from booking! I can advise on things to make your day there memorable.

Fall Travel...one of my favorite things!
Disney: you can do the Halloween and/or Christmas Party (the parties are my favorite thing at Disney). Universal: you can do Halloween Horror Nights (absolutely unreal). Cruises: take advantage of this year's El Nino weather--fewer hurricanes--and get some of the best prices EVER on cruises!
Prices are GREAT right now on cruises. Disney and Universal have some promos as well.

If you're wanting to cruise late May/early June 2027, I HIGHLY encourage you to book now. I can't believe how quickly cruises have filled up. All prices quoted below are for 2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 child under 12 in an interior cabin. Any change to that # or cabin style would change the price some. A deposit is required to book, but final payment is not due until March 2027.
