We are enjoying our time at Jekyll Island for the Georgia Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers Conference this week learning and networking with young producers across the state. Although we are out of town, the farm store will still be open today and tomorrow and our trailer will be set up at the farmers market in Calhoun in the morning! So stop by and get your favorite Powell farms cuts!

We are thankful for those that help keep things running so we can attend opportunities such as this!

We have some of our first Powell Farms Lamb available in the farm store and we will have some tomorrow at Downtown Calhoun Farmers Market. This is our first batch so come get some before we are out!

**Hay for Sale**

We have some high quality rye/fescue/orchard grass mix hay for sale. 4x5 net wrapped bales at $50 a bale- will deliver in loads of 17 or you can pick up at the farm.

Sprayed with duracor herbicide and fertilized with 4 ton of litter per acre.

We also have 1000+ rolls of assorted grass and quality available, all stored inside.

Looking for fresh produce and u-pick flowers grown in Gordon county? Check out our friends at The Veggie Shed! Tomatoes are starting to come in and they have peppers, cucumbers, green beans, squash, eggs and tons of sunflowers and zinnias you can pick or take home a pre-made arrangement!

They are located right off of Harris Beamer Rd behind the college! Also, they have some pretty cute help you might recognize! 💙
