It’s not something we forget. The event that shook the nation and drove so many of us, including myself to join the military. Tomorrow, we workout for more than ourselves. We move in remembrance of the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families whose lives were forever changed. Come sweat with us. Come remember with us. Come honor them with every rep. Legs and triceps and chest
