Happy Friday! Week 2 of Plant a Seed, Read was a blast!
*Tuesday, we had very special guest Kim Ervin! She read to us "Princess Truly I Am Truly" by Kelly Greenawalt. Miss Jill then read "Twinkle and the Wishing Wand" by Katharine Holabird and "Walter’s Magic Wand" by Eric Houghton. We then created our own wands or picture frames using dried flowers and leaves!
Thank you to Ann Wagner of Wagner’s Market, Amiee Gunther, and Karen Nichols for donating the flowers! They made some amazing wands and picture frames!
*Thursday, we had our craft for the 0-5 year olds and they painted a pot for plants. We had some amazing painters who even mixed different colors together and made a cool galaxy effect!
