🧱 We have completed our summer series in kids church, Brick Blast! It’s been so much fun to learn Bible stories and build Legos representing the story!
📖 In Sunday’s lesson we learned about the Israelites exit from Egypt!

Check out the details in some of the Lego builds! If you haven’t checked on the details of the builds each week, I encourage you to look back! Incredible the details our kids are picking up and packing away in their hearts!
🙏 We learned about the plagues the Lord sent ahead of the Israelites exit from Egypt!
🌊 We learned about how the Lord led the Israelites to take the more unlikely path toward freedom, crossing the Red Sea!
🐟 We learned about how the Israelites walked across on dry ground… around 600,000 people to give you an idea!
🖐️ After every Israelite had crossed, Moses put his hand out over the water and the sea closed in on the Egyptians that were pursuing them!

Each week our kids are encouraged to pick up a devotional that helps them continue learning about our Sunday lesson through the week! Through the summer these packets have coloring sheets and activities included, as well!

Returning these packets, finished up, helps our children learn + earn points! 50 points per packet to be exact!!

Each student with 300 points earned on or before Sunday, August 16 will earn the summer challenge prize!! 🏆

🧱 Coming up Sunday! We finish up our summer series, Brick Blast!
📖 Our most recent lesson in this series was all about The Walls of Jericho, Joshua, and the Israelites!
🙏 In all Bible stories we learn more about the direction of the Lord and how strong leaders were led first by the Lord himself!
💥Joshua became the leader of the Israelites following the leadership of Moses!
🪨 The walls of Jericho seemed impossible for man to conquer, but God!
🎺 After seven days of marching around the city, the priests blew the trumpets, the people let out a large shout and the walls came tumbling down!

🧱 Sundays in kids church we have continued our Brick Blast series!
📖 Noah’s Ark!
🙏 In all Bible stories we learn more about the direction of the Lord and how strong leaders were led first by the Lord himself.
💥Noah worked on the Ark for decades before the rain fell! And then, the rain fell for 40 days and 40 nights!
🌈 The Lord sent a promise in the end, the rainbow. Our promise still today that the Lord will never flood the whole Earth again.
💦 We can stand on and hold fast to His promises, they never fail.

🧱 Sunday in kids church we continued our Brick Blast series!
📖 We studied the Ten Commandments!
🙏 Moses received the Ten Commandments from God on Mt. Sinai and recorded them on stone tablets!
💥 The ten commandments are more than a list of rules, they bring order to our life and help us to follow Jesus and have healthy relationships with people!

Teen Camp Team Color ~ YELLOW!! 💛

What if one of the greatest struggles in the Christian life isn't what we ARE doing... but what we're NOT doing?

This Sunday we looked at a category of sin that often goes unnoticed—the sins of omission.

It's easy to focus on the obvious sins that Scripture tells us to avoid. But James 4:17 reminds us that failing to do the good God has called us to do is also sin.

Together we explored questions like:
• Am I actively sharing my faith?
• Have I forgiven those who have hurt me?
• Have I neglected prayer?
• Am I listening and responding to the Holy Spirit?

This message isn't about condemnation—it's about allowing God to search our hearts and call us into deeper obedience.
