Announcement: Warrior has decided to limit the Sea to Sea Expedition Race to just 60 teams. This smaller field will help reduce the workload on our staff and volunteers while allowing us to better monitor and support teams throughout the race.
Our goal moving forward is to create a smaller, safer, and more personalized event—one that delivers a great experience for racers, volunteers, and everyone involved.
We hope this approach will make the Sea to Sea Expedition Race an event you simply can’t miss! We would like to thank the already 42 teams signed up for the 2027 event.

New Trail Run for 2027.

The first ever Foothills Trail 150 and 75 mile trail run in South Carolina.

There's a trail that cuts through the wildest corners of the Carolinas — and we're daring you to run every mile of it. Five years in the making, the Foothills 150 and Foothills 75 are fully supported ultramarathons on the legendary Foothills Trail, straddling the North and South Carolina border, presented in partnership with the Foothills Trail Conservancy. After Hurricane Helene devastated the trail in 2024, it's been a long road back — and now it's time. Starting and finishing at Table Rock State Park, the course runs the trail's full length out to Oconee State Park and back — 150 miles of rugged, non-stop backcountry running through the Blue Ridge foothills, supported by 8 aid stations, with the Foothills 75 offering the same iconic terrain at a shorter distance for first-timers.

The First 10 runners to sign-up in either distance will receive the exclusive Foothills 150/75 puffy jacket.

With events all over the country, we sometimes rely on private property owners for a race location. These relationships grow to be very personal over time and we become like family. The overwhelming kindness of Charlie and Kim Wolfe that own the Ironbridge Cafe (the event location for the Blue Ridge Ultra and even the Blue Ridge Adventure Race) has been amazing over the last 7 years. Without them and their family allowing us to hold our event on their property, we and the racers would not enjoy the beautiful courses in the Aska area of Blue Ridge that start at the Ironbridge.
Charlie passed away from pancreatic cancer that was just found in May after a visit to the hospital. It took his life so fast and Charlie was a tough guy that work hard every day. Charlie was always there to help with anything we needed to put off the events over the years and never complained. He will be truly missed and Warrior is so thankful to have meet him.

12th Annual Blairsville Extreme Adventure Race (BEAR) returns for another epic test of endurance and teamwork in the mountains of Blairsville, Georgia. Racers will navigate rugged terrain, winding rivers, scenic trails, and hidden waterways as they explore the wild beauty surrounding Georgia’s highest peak. This year’s event features two formats: a 24-hour race for those ready to push their limits, and a 10-hour race for teams looking for a fast-paced challenge.
