Cherokee Classical Academy

Look who found our scarecrow students shining in their virtue lab! We love seeing all those smiling faces. ❤ Share your photos if you find our scarecrows.

CCA's hosted our second annual Harvest Festival in the Courtyard on Friday, and once again it was so much fun. We had over 1000 people attend, but it didn't feel crowded. It felt right at home. We're forever grateful to our incredible volunteers who poured their hearts into making this unforgettable event a reality....there just aren't enough words to thank you!

🍂 Harvest Festival is tomorrow! Join us from 4:30–6:30 p.m. for an evening together. Bring a blanket and enjoy the festivities! Food trucks and treats will be available for purchase.

Reminder: Tomorrow is an early dismissal day, and there is no ASP on early dismissal days. We can’t wait to see you there!

One of the things we love about CCA is seeing our school leaders right where the learning happens, in our classrooms! 📚

Dr. Stone, Mr. Dunlap, and Mrs. St. Hill make it a priority to spend time with our students and teachers throughout the school day. Whether they’re stopping in for a visit, joining a lesson, or sharing a story with a room full of eager hands, their presence is part of what makes our school community so special. 💙

📚✨ We’re celebrating one of our very own!

Our wonderful receptionist, Mrs. Read, is now a published author! Her book, Wizard Words: The Magic of Mindset, encourages young readers to discover the power of their words, thoughts, and attitudes.

We loved seeing Mrs. Read share her story with our students and remind them that a positive mindset can make a powerful difference. What a special way to inspire our CCA community!

Congratulations, Mrs. Read! We are so proud of you! ❤️💙

📚 Curriculum Night is coming up!

Join us on Thursday, September 17 at 6:15 PM for an evening centered on the rich curriculum and learning taking place at Cherokee Classical Academy.

We look forward to welcoming our CCA families and sharing more about the education our students experience each day.

Please remember to RSVP through ParentSquare.

📸 Fall Picture Days are tomorrow, September 15, and Wednesday, September 16!

Get those smiles ready—we can’t wait to capture our students looking their best. 🍂

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the courage, sacrifice, and service shown in the days that followed.

May we remember those who were lost, those who ran toward danger to help others, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

We remember.

Join us tomorrow at 6:30 PM for the second installment of our Parent Assembly series: Growing Our Culture with Mr. Dunlap.

This evening will offer families an opportunity to learn more about the culture we are intentionally building at Cherokee Classical Academy and the important role our shared expectations, habits, and values play in the life of our school community.

We hope you’ll join us!

Cherokee Classical Academy will be closed on Monday in observance of Labor Day.
