Simplicity Ops

A few months ago, we said:

“We ain’t trying to raise wimpy CSAs.”

We meant it!

We just wrapped another Simplicity Ops Academy cohort, and the growth was incredible.

From “I just do what I’m told” to:

Thinking two steps ahead
Understanding the why behind the work
Recognizing risk
Knowing when to act and when to escalate
Becoming a true operational partner

That’s what the Academy is built for.

Our last cohort of the year starts October 5th, and enrollment is limited to 10 participants.

Simplicity Ops is evolving!

We began by supporting Redtail, expanded to Wealthbox, and are now excited to add Slant to the Simplicity Experience.

Curious whether Slant CRM is right for your firm?

Join our waitlist in the comments to learn more!

Have a new CSA learning the ropes, an experienced task master who doesn’t quite “speak Advisor” yet, or a great CSA who has more potential than they realize?

Join two of Simplicity Ops’ very own, Brynn Shockey and Ali Merten, both former CSAs, for an “Ask Me Anything” style conversation about the Simplicity Ops Academy.

The Academy isn’t really about teaching people how to do tasks. It is about everything behind the task… the intention, judgment, communication, and thinking ahead that turns a good CSA into a really great one.

Curious about who it’s for? What do we teach? Whether it make sense for someone on your team?

Come ask us!

Our next cohort starts October 5th. Let’s find out if the Simplicity Ops Academy is a good fit for your team.

See you there!

Want a happier, higher-performing team? Create a strong feedback loop.

We spend so much time understanding our clients, but are we giving our teams the same attention?

Don’t guess what motivates your people, drains them, or makes them feel valued. Ask them regularly, and act on what they share.

We use an Employee Happiness Survey with our own team, and we’re sharing it with you for free.

Our RIA Operators Skool community is bringing together 1.2K Advisors and Operators from across the U.S. and around the world, and it’s pretty incredible to see just how far this community reaches.

Different firms. Different roles. Different continents. But a lot of the same conversations around operations, tech, client experience, automations and team development, and all around building successful and efficient advisory firms.

If you’re an Advisor, CSA, or Operations team member looking for a place to connect, ask questions, share what’s working, and learn from others who actually understand this industry, please join us!

We’d love to see your dot on the map!
