Creating well-designed, beautiful and functional space for you and your lifestyle

A little moment with a pretty incredible view. š¤
We designed this built-in vanity in the primary bathroom to feel simple, warm, and intentional, white oak cabinetry, a dark stone countertop, and an awning window that lets in the ocean breeze without taking away from that view.
Proof that even the most functional spaces can still feel special.

Avocado Ranch remodel walkthrough ā Part 1.
There was way too much to show you in one reel, so we ran out of room. Come back for Part 2 to see two more bedrooms and the primary suite.
Itās so fun finally walking through all the details weāve been designing, sourcing, and watching come together. From the custom finishes and thoughtful layout to the updated kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces, this whole-home renovation was designed to make the home feel more functional, comfortable, and beautiful
Avocado Ranch Part 8
From dark and cramped to bright and wide open.
We raised the ceiling from 8ā to 12ā and added two skylights and it completely changed the way this home feels. More light, more volume, and suddenly a space that feels like an entirely different home.
So grateful for clients who trust our process, trust our advice, and give ADC Inc. and me the freedom to do our best work. This transformation is exactly why that trust matters.

This is such a fun feature to celebrate! High Tide Design was included in Good Housekeepingās Most Popular Paint Colors for 2027, and our pick is the perfect sunwashed yellow: Goldtone by Benjamin Moore.
Warm, cozy, timeless, and a fresh alternative when you want more than a white wall without going full color drench. This sweet bedroom is exactly why I love it.
Thank you Good Housekeeping and MoniqueValeris for including me and High Tide Design! And thank you Charlotte Lea Bailey for capturing this space so beautifully.

I blinked, and somehow itās already September! š August was filled with exciting progress at Avocado Ranch, sourcing for a new build, wrapping up a few projects, and adding two new team members!!! we canāt wait for you to meet them! In between it all, we loved having friends and family over to enjoy the pool. So much to look forward to, and weāre excited to welcome a few new projects! š¤

Many people are hesitant to bring new pieces into their homes that already look aged, but that lived-in character is exactly what makes a space feel special and personal.
If I could give you one hot take from this article, it would be this: mix your finishes, invest in quality, and embrace the beauty of patina.
I loved being included alongside so many talented designers to share our professional take on which design trends are here to stay. Thank you, Sarah Lyon , for including me in this piece for Apartment Therapy āØ

Before & After āØ
A shared kidsā bathroom designed to grow with them: from childhood through their teen years.
We added light blue custom cabinetry for a soft, timeless look, removed the outdated medicine cabinet, and chose open storage so everything is easy to grab, one step instead of two.
We also opted for one sink, giving them more countertop space to spread out and get ready together.
Functional, beautiful, and made for every stage ahead.

Part 7: The Avocado Ranch
Weāre at the slab yard searching for the perfect soapstone for the kitchen island and laundry room.
Soapstone has such a beautiful, lived-in character, but itās also incredibly durable, nonporous, and heat-resistant, making it a material weāve long considered for our projects.
Each slab is completely unique, and we canāt wait to see this timeless stone bring warmth and depth to the ranch.
Part 6: The Avocado Ranch has officially reached one of my favorite milestones, pretty materials! āØ
Tile installation is underway this week, and weāre on site making sure every grout color perfectly complements the tile selections. Itās a small detail that makes a huge difference in the final look. Stay tunedā¦ itās all starting to come together.
Apparently this is what I do for a livingā¦ š¤·š»āāļøš
