Sometimes the lighting is the art. ✨

This sculptural fixture was the perfect choice for a kitchen already filled with incredible architectural details. The cascading glass and warm brass draw your eye upward, while the asymmetry adds movement and interest without competing with the dramatic stone island and custom range hood.

We love lighting that does more than illuminate a room—it becomes an integral part of the design.

Every angle. Every finish. Every detail working together.

Where statement design meets effortless living. ✨

A dramatic marble fireplace creates an incredible focal point in this light-filled living room, while warm wood, soft neutrals, sculptural lighting, and clean architectural lines bring balance to the space.

We love the contrast here—bold yet serene, modern yet inviting. Proof that a room can make a statement without sacrificing the comfort that makes it feel like home.

Ready to create a home that feels distinctly yours? We’d love to help bring your vision to life.

Meet Amy Guess, Allied ASID—the award-winning Principal Designer behind BGI Design. ✨

With nearly 20 years of experience, Amy combines creativity with the technical expertise that makes beautiful design work in real life. Her background in space planning, detailed elevations, new construction, and renovations allows her to guide clients through the process while keeping every detail—and the overall vision—on track.

Amy loves collaborating with clients, contractors, and the BGI team to create homes that are personal, functional, and beautifully designed.

Outside the studio, you’ll find her spending time with her husband Adam, their two children, and their miniature schnauzer, Orio—often somewhere near a soccer field. 🤍

The season for gathering is just around the corner. ✨

As we head into fall and the holidays ahead, we’re thinking about the spaces where so many of those moments happen—the dining room.

This one was designed to feel sophisticated enough for a beautiful holiday dinner, yet comfortable and inviting enough to enjoy throughout the year. A dramatic chandelier, layered textures, tailored seating, subtle metallic details, and an incredible marble fireplace surround create a space that feels special without feeling overly formal.

Because a beautifully designed dining room isn’t just about what you see—it’s about the people who will eventually gather around the table.

Thinking about your home before the holidays arrive? Now is the perfect time to start planning.

A beautiful home should do more than look good—it should work beautifully for the way you live. ✨
