Since 2008, BridgeWork Partners has continued to grow, evolve, and build something we are incredibly proud of.

Over the past 18 years, we have built lasting relationships, created opportunities, supported our clients and communities, and most importantly, grown together as a team. Every milestone, challenge, success, and relationship along the way has helped shape BridgeWork Partners into the company it is today.

We are incredibly proud to look back at how far we have come and grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey. Our team, our clients, our candidates, and our partners have all played a part in these 18 years.

Our BridgeWork Partners team was grateful to spend time volunteering with My Possibilities for North Texas Giving Day! 💕

We had the opportunity to help with the HIPsters’ annual Field Day, which was filled with a fun parade, games, a pizza party, and lots of smiles. It was such a special day celebrating the hundreds of HIPsters who are part of the incredible community at My Possibilities.

What stood out most was the heart behind everything at My Possibilities. The organization creates a welcoming, supportive, and empowering environment where HIPsters can connect, grow, and feel truly valued.

We are so thankful to have been able to lend a hand, spend time with the HIPsters, and be part of such a meaningful day. 💗

Our BridgeWork Partners team was honored to attend the 53rd Annual HECHO en Fort Worth Gala, celebrating the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s 53rd anniversary and the incredible impact the organization continues to make throughout the Fort Worth business community. 💗

The evening was a beautiful celebration of Hispanic culture, leadership, and community. From the newly added pink bus from Trinity Metro on display at the Gala to the incredible mariachi music and talented dancers, the night was filled with energy, tradition, and meaningful connections.

We also want to give a special shoutout to the beautiful Ericka Garza for being such an important part of this special evening. Ericka, your energy, presence, and dedication to bringing people together truly helped make the Gala such a memorable celebration.

And congratulations again to our very own Ben Robertson on being named Community Advocate of the Year! 🏆👏 We are so proud to see his commitment to serving our community recognized.
