Congratulations to the Leadership Carroll Class of 2026!

This week, the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce proudly celebrated 32 local professionals who completed Leadership Carroll, our signature community leadership development program.

Throughout the year, participants gained a deeper understanding of the people, organizations and issues shaping Carroll County while building relationships and strengthening their own leadership skills.

The Class of 2026 also put leadership into action through two service projects benefiting Partners Advancing Student Success (PASS) and the West Georgia Child Advocacy Center. Their work included supporting PASS Care Closets and advocates, volunteering with Ladies Night Out, promoting Green Dot prevention training, constructing a therapeutic outdoor deck and helping strengthen the process for stuffed animal donations for children receiving services.

A special thank you to Kim Jones with Community Foundation of West Georgia for sharing an inspiring graduation message centered on servant leadership, and to our Leadership Development Investors for making programs like Leadership Carroll possible:

Now entering its 8th year, the RaLin Construction Academy continues to give students the opportunity to explore the construction industry, build their knowledge, and gain hands-on experience that can help prepare them for future careers.

What a great evening celebrating the premiere of Atlanta ByDesign: Part 2 at the historic Plaza Theatre!

We were proud to see the Douglas County High School Sports Complex featured among an incredible collection of projects showcasing the best of Georgia architecture, design, and construction. It was especially meaningful to celebrate alongside our design partner, Cole Hil, LLC., as well as the architects, contractors, and teams behind so many outstanding projects across our region.

Presented through AIA Atlanta's partnership with America ByDesign TV, the series shines a national spotlight on exceptional local design and the people who bring these projects to life.

We’re honored to see a project we helped build recognized and excited for Atlanta ByDesign: Part 2 to air on CBS.

The buildings we construct may stand for generations, but it's the people we serve and work alongside who make every project meaningful.

Our mission to Build Up our Clients, Our Colleagues, and Our Communities starts with the way we care for one another.

A day at the Braves game was just one small way to say thank you to this year's summer interns!

Throughout the summer, they've been learning alongside our teams, gaining hands-on experience, and seeing firsthand what it means to build up our clients, our colleagues, and our communities.

At RaLin, our internship program is about more than gaining experience. It's about investing in the next generation of builders, leaders, and problem-solvers. From jobsites to the office, our team is committed to sharing knowledge, providing mentorship, and creating meaningful opportunities for our interns to learn, contribute, and grow.
