The .75 and 1.0 “ diameters had a +/-.0002” collective tolerance. All parts had to be the same within .0002”.

I am very experienced and can accept pdf, step files, dxf, parasolid, and many more file formats. I own and operate 2 CNC mills one of which has a 4th axis. I also have 1 CNC lathe with a 10 inch chuck and 2.5 inch through bore that also has a tailstock, and I have a large dual post band saw with a 16.0" width and 10in height capability. Welcome to my page! I can machine using my CNC mill and my CNC lathe. I do 3 axis, 4th axis, 2d and 3d machining on my mill. I can do up to 2.5" round bar through my lathe. I can do up to 14" blanks in my chuck. I have a dual post band saw that can cut up to 10.0" rounds and/or 16.0" wide parts that are 10.0" high. I also have companies locally I work with; that I can request to do laser, waterjet, powder coating, anodizing, heat treating, welding, and plating.
