Introducing Monthly Coffee Meet Ups! ☕️

Every month Hot Mess Express Reno will host two coffee or brunch meet ups where women can come hang out, grab a drink or snack and learn everything about getting involved with our organization. Our intention is for these events to be your first step in building new friendships, investing in our community and creating a village that shows up for our fellow women.

Join us the 1st Monday at 10am and/or 3rd Sunday at 2pm every month at different local businesses.

September’s meet ups will be:
9/7 - Lighthouse Coffee at the Sparks Marina
9/20 - Rising for People Coffee in Midtown

Our next rescue mission is Sunday, 9/27 from 9am - 2pm in Midtown Reno! Let us know if you want to volunteer and help give a family in need a fresh start. ❤️

If you want to donate items to support the evacuees you can donate directly to the American Red Cross stationed at the Reno Sparks Convention Center or through Ashlee’s Toy Closet.

We’ll also post community information in the comments below. Let’s make sure we take care of eachother! ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to the local women entrepreneurs that make up EMPWR Collective! These gracious and kind women collectively donated loads of cleaning supplies and money to support our mission and change the lives of many women in need to come. The next EMPWR networking meeting is tomorrow morning and it’s also their 2nd birthday party!Drop off any supply donations tomorrow at 10am upstairs at Reno Public Market. 💕🎉

We hope our community is staying safe today, especially those who live in the path of the Bug Fire. Evelyn Mount Community Center has shelter and resources for evacuees, and here is a list of hotels offering discounted room rates.

This month we are partnering with EMPWR Collective to gather supplies for our rescue missions! Throughout the month of August you can drop off new cleaning and organizing supplies at either of the two networking meetings held at Reno Public Market. We are so grateful to be featured as their nonprofit of the month and look forward to sharing more about our efforts to support women in our community. 💕
