Fathers, husbands, all of us—we can’t love our families, neighbors, or even that difficult coworker unless we first receive the Father’s love. Pride keeps us from being honest about our struggles, but when we confess and receive His love, freedom follows. You’re free to be honest, free to be truly free, and free to walk in your purpose.
This week, don’t focus on trying harder to love others. Focus on receiving His love for you. Everything else will follow.
