It’s time for….
Ninja Night!
Spooky balance and high bay chunky rope challenge were hits to kick off October!

Nolan whipped up a prototype for a sky hook mouse trap. First idea attached with clamps but took up lots of height so skyhook was super low on this rig. Luckily, Julien McConnell had a better idea to save some stem length and after a little modification it works great!

What an adorable throwback!

Nolan’s first ninja season! He was 6 here Level Up

Throwback Thursday - remixing the most pooular reel Nolan has ever created to ask viewers a few questions:

1. What has changed since this video was filmed
2. What has stayed the same

Bonus points if you can tell me what’s new this season!

Any guesses?

Watch tomorrow as Nolan is once again on prime time television!

Friday night CBS Cedric The Entertainer The Greatest Videos on CBS

The kids were excited the evening summer air was finally cool enough to train outside again!

His fast time was 4.68 think he can beat that?

Not every run screams perfection!

At first glance this obstacle course run looks to be smooth… BUT look again, what do you see?

Now compare this to yesterday’s run. A pull back, a hesitation, a pause… can you believe all the tiny things that add up to 5 seconds slower?

When you are training for speed on a ninja warrior obstacle course you have to be so incredibly in tune with your body that every breath and every movement pushes you towards the buzzer. 5 seconds can be the difference between 1st and 10th place at some of these comps, everything counts, dialed in days for the win!
