🌱 12,000+ people. One BIG sustainability story. ♻️
At Hum Sub Diwali 2025, more than 12,000 people came together to celebrate—and thanks to thoughtful waste management, ALL the event disposables were packed into just 5 trash bags! 🤯👏 Thanks to amazing Hum Sub Volunteers, Stacked- Green Initiative for Waste Management and Town of Cary, NC
Now, let’s take it one step further in 2026!
After enjoying your food, separate your trash and STACK your takeout containers before disposal. Stacking helps us use less space and fewer trash bags.
💚 And we need YOU!
Volunteers will help event-goers stack their containers and spread the word throughout the festival.
12,000+ people. 5 trash bags. Imagine what we can accomplish together this year! 🌎✨
