RED TEAM takes home the Scavenger Hunt crown!!! Such a fun night!

Are you curious about reading the Bible, but not sure where to start? Join us for our fall Bible study Sundays October 4th, 11th, 18th, and November 1st from 5:15 to 6:15pm. We're reading from the book of James! Food is not provided, but students are welcome to bring their own. Don't forget to bring your Bibles! See you there!

Are you ready for an epic scavenger hunt? On Sunday, September 27th, it's going down! Adult leaders will drive teams all over Cary in an attempt to earn the most points and come out on top! We ask that each participating student brings $5 (cash or Venmo) to cover the cost of gas for each of the adult leaders that drives. The deadline to register is Friday, September 25th.

Students, do you have a heart for creating community? Would you like to make a meaningful impact on student ministry? If so, bring your creative ideas to the Student Leadership Team. Join us at our next meeting in the Den on Sunday, September 13th from 11:30am to 12:30pm.

As parents, our effect is dictated not so much by our house rules and guidelines but by our own nervous system and emotional state. Regulated parents raise regulated children and dysregulated parents often raise dysregulated children. The good news is that it’s something we can improve immediately.

Our next Parenting Lab is on September 20, right after service in the Community Room at Crosspointe with Steve Daugherty. Steve will give us tools for understanding how our nervous systems function in different states of stress and arousal, as well as how we can learn to recognize and move through these states back to our center with a focus on how all of this affects our relationships, especially our parenting. 

Registration is required and child care will be provided for a small fee.

It's time to sign up for life groups! High school life groups kick off Sunday, September 13th as part of Rhythm, our high school ministry environment. Life groups are the best way for students to participate in meaningful community, and dive deeper into their faith through weekly discussion. They're also really fun. Life groups meet every Sunday night during Rhythm from 6:30 to 8:00pm. 

Students are asked to sign up for life groups annually, even if they were in a life group last year.

Are you ready for a day at the lake? High school students are invited to come hang out with us at Jordan Lake Sunday, August 30th 4:30 to 8:30pm. We'll play outdoor games, grill burgers (including veggie burgers), and swim around! Students are encouraged to bring their own water fun. We'll meet on the beach at the Parker's Creek entrance. $5 covers the cost of food.

You are hereby summoned to a one-night quest filled with storytelling, dice rolling, and heroic fun! Whether you're a seasoned dungeon crawler or a first-time traveler of the realms, all are welcome—no prior experience required. Just bring your imagination and a spirit of adventure.

All supplies—character sheets, dice, and arcane artifacts—will be provided.

Feast before you arrive, for no rations will be served.

The table is set, the dice await, and your fellow adventurers are ready. Join us Friday, August 21st 6:30 to 9:00pm!

This summer, we're hosting three Rhythm Dinner Conversations. This is a great opportunity to explore topics that don't necessarily fit as part of sermon series, but they're important to our faith. On August 9th, Community Pastor, Dr. Tirzah Turner, will be teaching about homosexuality and the Bible. Food will be provided. We'll learn, then we'll have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the topic. We hope you'll join us!

Gators, Gumbos, and King Cakes! It was a joy to serve in the New Orleans community. We're grateful for these relationships and the opportunity to live out our faith in tangible ways.
