Schedule adherence, dwell time, and bunching aren't three separate transit problems. A transit network can look fully staffed on paper while riders still experience inconsistent wait times. Why? Every booking is a claim on a vehicle before the trip happens, and a late cancellation or no-show doesn't return that capacity to the pool.

We're glad to share an update on Troy Morris's first months as General Manager at TransLōc.

Since joining in May 2026, Troy has spent most of his time on-site and on calls with the agencies and operators who use our technology every day, listening first, not leading with a pitch.

"The fastest way to understand what we need to fix and what we're already doing well is to ask the people using the system," Troy said. "I want our customers to know they can reach me directly, and I intend to keep learning from them."

His first months have also coincided with real investment in the platform: a new driver app, headway management tools, in-app driver messaging, self-edit capabilities, and an updated reporting platform, with more on the way.
