Pay attention to the way you speak to yourself.
Would you say those same words to someone you love?
Our thoughts are powerful, and the ones we repeat become familiar. Affirmations arenât just about saying something âpositiveâ theyâre about intentionally practicing a different way of speaking to ourselves.
You donât have to believe every thought you have. You can choose a new one. đ¤
So hereâs a little challenge: How uncomfortable does it feel to even think about dropping an affirmation about yourself in the comments?
Whether you post it or not, sit with that discomfort for a moment. What makes it so much easier to criticize ourselves than to say something loving about who we are?
And if youâre willing, put a little goodness out into the ethers. ⨠Whatâs one affirmation youâre willing to say about yourself today?
We all have files weâve been building for years.
âIâm not good enough.â
âI canât do this.â
âWhat if I fail?â
âIâm not worthy.â
So when we begin creating a new file, I am enough. I am capable. I am worthy. Doubt may show up and ask, âWaitâŚwhat is THIS?â
Instead of fighting the doubt, we can notice it. Thank it for showing up. And then choose which file we want to keep building.
Because the thoughts we practice become the thoughts we believe and those beliefs shape how we experience our lives.
One of my favorite reminders is:
I am not my thoughts. I am the one who hears them.
Whatâs an affirmation youâre choosing to practice right now? Drop yours in the comments. đ¤
When we overthink, overanalyze, and replay the past over and over again, weâre not changing what happened weâre continuing to experience it in the present.
The conversation.
The hurt.
The mistake.
The thing we wish had gone differently.
Our minds can become so practiced at returning to the same thoughts that they start to feel familiar even when theyâre painful.
But the past has already happened.
What if, instead of asking your mind to keep solving something that is over, you gently bring yourself back to right now?
And then turn your attention forward.
What do I want to create from here?
Who do I want to be from here?
What thought would support where Iâm goingânot where Iâve been?
You donât have to keep rehearsing your past just because your mind knows the script.
⨠The future needs your attention, too.
Thank you Marianne â¨
Overwhelm often comes from trying to control things that were never ours to control in the first place.
I often tell my clients: write down everything youâre worried about. Then go through the list and cross off everything you cannot control.
Look at whatâs left.
Thatâs where your energy belongs. đ¤
The universe is self-organizing and self-correcting. Sometimes our work isnât to figure everything out itâs to relax our grip, allow, and trust that we donât have to manage every detail of what happens next.
There is so much peace in realizing: I donât have to control this.
Marianne Williamson
Quantum theory in 60 seconds âď¸
Hereâs the wild part scientists found, things donât just have ONE way of being. They have every possible way, until something decides which one is real.
Youâre the same way.
Right now, thereâs a version of you who starts the business. A version who doesnât. A version who speaks up. A version who stays quiet. Theyâre all just as real, until you decide.
Nothing âbecomesâ until you choose it.
So stop waiting to figure out which version is the ârightâ one. Pick a version. Step into it. Watch it become real.

What if the life you want already exists as a possibility⌠and your attention is the invitation? â¨
We spend so much energy staring at what we donât want, then wonder why we keep seeing more of it.
Shift your attention.
Shift your energy.
See what becomes possible. đŤ
Do you believe we have more than one possible future? đ YES or NO?
Not every uncomfortable season is a sign that something has gone wrong. Sometimes itâs an invitation to see differently, respond differently, choose differently and become more conscious of who we are in the process.
Instead of only asking, âGod, when will this change?â
Maybe we can also ask, âWhat is this here to change in me?â
That question can shift everything. â¨
Follow Laura Reichert, PCC for more reminders to pause, become aware, and choose your response with intention.
Sometimes itâs not even what happened that creates the drama⌠itâs our reaction to what happened. đ
The text. The tone. The look. The thing someone said three days ago that weâre STILL having a conversation about in our head. đ
Not everything needs our reaction. And that little pause before we respond? Thatâs where the magic is. â¨
Follow along if youâre figuring this stuff out too. Weâre all learning, unlearning, and growing together. đ¤
Anyone else feel like they may have been taking this whole human experience a little too seriously? đ
Weâre here temporarily. Love people. Enjoy the good stuff. Learn from the hard stuff. And try not to make too much of a mess along the way. đ¤
The universe has a way of restoring balance. Our brains also reinforce patterns until we consciously choose a different one. Spiritually and scientifically, what we donât transform often repeats. The lesson isnât the punishment, itâs the invitation. You get to choose when youâre ready to learn it. đŻ
