Feeling deeply grateful this Christmas for my incredible clients—your love, patience, and unwavering support during my recovery have meant more to me than you’ll ever know 🤍✨Happy holidays and Merry Christmas to all!!

Leveling up your leadership starts when you stop living by default and begin acting with deliberate intention—even when it stretches your comfort. These four walls are giving me LIFE! Im not going stir crazy. Im settled into this chapter of rebuild. Its hard, it’s not pretty and its draining but I’m determined to come back stronger in every way possible. I’ve seen things in a new way and having the time to process those things is priceless.

It’s December 1st , and these past two weeks—the hardest part of recovery—are officially behind me. I’m proud of the steps I’ve taken, from those first walks outside with the cane to the quiet reset moments at home. I’m so grateful for everyone checking in and for the incredible meal train support. I promised myself 2 full weeks before making decisions, and while I’m not ready for office duties yet, I am ready to step back into my leadership mindset. This final month will be all about organizing, planning, and envisioning the promise of 2026—still on track, still determined, and healing on my own timeline.

Thankful. Focused. Still glowing. ✨

Catching my reflection in the mirror today felt different — a quiet moment to honor how far I’ve come and how much strength lives here. This season has reminded me just how powerful support, loyalty, and love truly are.

I’m beyond grateful for my ride-or-die clients of nearly 20 years, the friendships and relationships that continue to evolve, and the people who’ve encouraged me to slow down, heal, and come back even stronger. A special thank you to my family for stepping in, lifting me up, and surrounding me with unwavering love — you are my foundation.

To our incredible vendors who’ve partnered with us this year and helped elevate our vision, I see you and appreciate you. And to everyone who’s supported me through this recovery chapter — thank you for holding space while I rebuild, reset, and rise.

I’m getting stronger every day, staying true to myself, and still leading with heart and hustle.

Monday I had a hip replacement! The “Leg day” team was assembled in the hospital lobby! The surgery went well (very justified that I had so much pain.) I want to thank everyone who has reached out whether it was checking in, wishing me luck or bringing a meal! I have been blown away by everyone’s support! Now on to the healing part ! Prayers and good vibes for healing pains, PT & my caretakers! Everyone has been so encouraging! My team at the salon has been amazing taking care of my clients like their own and I’m forever grateful! Now let’s see if me and hippy can get along and play nice❤️
