The Pose-Off is arguably one of the most challenging moments of any Pin-Up competition. In less than five seconds, each contestant must stop the judges in their tracks with confidence, personality, and a pose that tells their story.

It's fast. It's fierce. And it's one of my favorite parts to photograph.

Somewhere along the way, PinUp photography went from “What did I get myself into?” to “When and what’s the next themed shoot?” 🌺📸 Crazy to think this genre used to intimidate me… now I’m over here collecting props like it’s a full-time job.

These Tiki minis were packed with color, creativity, and so many laughs. The amazing models made every pose look effortless and completely brought the tropical vibe to life. I’m so thankful I stepped outside my comfort zone because this genre has become one of my absolute favorites! 🥥✨

While the pageant itself was incredible, these private portrait sessions gave me the chance to showcase each contestant's unique beauty and personality.

Beyond the crowns, vintage fashion, and stage presence, these moments allowed each contestant's unique personality and confidence to shine through. From classic vintage elegance to bold confidence and everything in between, everyone brought something different to the camera—and I loved every minute of it.
