At Fireside Collective, we believe healing is possible, and Restarting is helping women discover a new path forward. ❤️

Restarting, one of the Life Model Works™ Groups we offer, teaches the brain science behind emotional triggers and helps participants understand how attachment pain impacts behaviors, relationships, and emotional regulation. Women learn how to move through pain in healthy ways, identify unhealthy coping patterns, and return to joy, connection, and hope.

This is more than a traditional recovery group. Restarting offers a revolutionary, solution-based approach focused on building joy, receiving inner healing, and developing life-giving relationships within a supportive community.

For women who have felt stuck, ashamed, isolated, or exhausted from trying other approaches, Restarting provides something different: compassion, understanding, practical tools, and the reminder that lasting healing and freedom are possible.

Healing happens in connection. Hope starts here. 🔥

What an incredible honor it is to partner with and refer women to long-term residential recovery programs that work! Breaking down generational strongholds, one woman at a time. 💜
