Beef Peeps Update — Let’s Keep This Amazing Energy Going!

Our public viewing crowds have been absolutely incredible this year — truly the best we’ve ever seen. The kids, the families, the steers… everyone is shining, and the community is loving it.

To keep this momentum strong, all beef must be inside between 4:30 and 5:00 PM this evening.
Doors will close at 5 PM and reopen at 7 PM for evening viewing.

Having every steer inside during that window is really important for safety, flow, and keeping the experience top‑tier for the public who’ve been showing up in huge numbers.

Thank you all for your teamwork, your professionalism, and the pride you bring to this program. Let’s finish strong and keep this crowd excited!

The draft sale order is posted on the Buiten Board outside of the 4-H Fair office in the Arena. Please drop by and look at it. The sale order will be final at 10 am. Please reach out with any questions before then.

Huge thank you to Jonah Wing for stepping in and running a last‑minute fitting clinic for the kids today. We wrapped up so early that we asked if he’d be willing to do one — and without hesitation, he jumped in and made it happen.

The kids learned a ton, got hands‑on practice, and walked away feeling more confident and prepared. Jonah, we appreciate you more than you know. Thanks for supporting our crew and helping these young exhibitors grow.

Showmanship classes for tomorrow. We will start with FFA, followed by juniors, intermediate, and senior.

Classes are posted in the barn please check them out and make sure they are correct and if something needs changed let us know.

HOLY COWS… what a weigh‑in.

I’m honestly blown away. Not a single under‑weight steer this year — not one. That doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because families showed up, kids put in the work, and this whole crew cared enough to stay consistent even when it wasn’t easy.I’m proud of every single one of you. Watching you grow, watching these steers grow, and seeing the effort behind it all… it means more than you know.
