Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re not sure where to start.

I’m Rebecca Dickey, a Provisionally Licensed Social Worker at Into Eden Christian Counseling & Wellness in Casper, Wyoming. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families who are walking through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, and seasons that just feel heavy.

At Into Eden, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and not rushed. My approach is trauma-informed and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Feedback-Informed Treatment.

I also believe healing should honor the whole person… your story, your emotions, your body, your relationships, and your faith.
You do not have to figure it all out before reaching out. Therapy can be the place where you start making sense of what you’ve been carrying.

I’m currently welcoming new clients and have consistent availability on:
Mondays at 10am
Thursdays at 5pm
Thursdays at 7pm

Free consultations are available so you can ask questions, learn more about the process, and see if working together feels like the right fit.

You don’t have to walk through this season alone.

Before you call yourself “too sensitive,” “too much,” or “bad at relationships,” it might help to know what your body is actually doing.

A lot of the time, your first reaction is not random.

It’s protection.

When something feels unsafe, even if it’s just a perceived threat, your nervous system may move into one of four trauma responses: Fight, Flight, Freeze , Fawn

These responses are not who you are.

They are patterns your body learned when it was trying to survive.

And maybe they helped you then.

But now, they may be hurting the relationships you actually want to keep.

At Into Eden, we do not look at your trauma response and ask, “What’s wrong with you?”

We ask, “What did your body learn to do when it didn’t feel safe?”

That is where healing starts.

Rebecca Dickey is currently welcoming new clients at Into Eden Christian Counseling & Wellness in Casper, Wyoming, and has consistent openings on:

You do not have to keep living in survival mode. Healing can start with learning what your body has been trying to protect.

If one hard conversation makes you want to end the relationship, pause for a second.

The feeling that you should just end things might seem clear to you.

Sometimes this feeling is just your body trying to keep you from getting hurt again because of something that happened to you in the past.

I am Rebecca Dickey and I work with people who have been through trauma and are in relationships at Into Eden in Casper, Wyoming

I see this happen a lot: even when you are in a relationship that's good for you it can still be scary if your body is used to trying to keep you safe.

This does not mean you should ignore things that bother you about the relationship.
It does mean that when something upsets you you should take a moment to think about it and ask yourself: is this relationship really not a good one for me or is this just bringing up something that hurt me a long time ago?

At Into Eden we do not just talk about what's going on in your relationship.
We help you understand what is happening in your body what you are thinking, how you are feeling and what you believe so you can learn to feel safe

Getting better is not about learning how to talk to each other better.
It is about learning how to stay with someone enough to work through the tough times and make things right again.

I am currently taking on new clients and have openings available on:

Understanding the synergy between physical strength, biological function, and brain regulation is key to breaking free from the cycle of temporary fixes. 🧠 When we focus only on one dimension - like diet alone - we miss critical factors that maintain dysfunction. Your metabolism responds to muscle mass, your hormones depend on cellular energy, and your brain needs both to maintain balance. This integrated approach explains why isolated interventions often fail under stress. Ready to build true resilience? Start by assessing which of your foundational systems needs the most support. 💪

Your path to sustainable health begins with understanding how your body, biology, and brain work together.

06/10/2026

When you address health challenges in isolation, you miss the bigger picture of how your body systems work together. 🧠 Your brain's energy needs impact hormones. Your metabolic health affects cognitive function. Your physical strength influences stress resilience. This interconnected reality is why one-dimensional approaches often fall short. True healing requires supporting your body's capacity for regulation across multiple systems simultaneously.

By rebuilding foundational strength, optimizing cellular energy production, and retraining neural patterns, you create sustainable change that holds up under real-life stress. 💪 Ready to stop chasing symptoms and start healing from the inside out?

06/09/2026

Most practitioners focus on just one piece - either hormones, metabolism, or brain function. But these systems are intricately connected 🧠 When your metabolism is struggling, it directly impacts hormone production and brain energy. And when your brain is stuck in protective patterns, it can suppress metabolic function and hormone balance. 💫

True healing requires supporting all three systems together. Our integrated Body-Biology-Brain approach rebuilds your foundation from every angle, creating sustainable changes that hold up under real-life stress. Ready to stop the cycle of partial improvements and temporary fixes? Let's restore your whole system. ⚡️

06/08/2026

Most metabolic healing approaches focus solely on food or exercise, missing the critical interplay between physical strength, cellular energy, and brain regulation. 🧠 Without adequate muscle mass, your cells can't efficiently burn fuel. Without balanced hormones, your brain struggles to regulate energy. And without brain safety, your system stays locked in protective patterns that drain resources. That's why sustainable metabolic health requires addressing all three dimensions simultaneously - building physical capacity, optimizing biological function, and rewiring brain patterns that sabotage progress. 💪

Success comes when we support your whole system's ability to adapt and thrive. 🌟

06/07/2026

Three things you can do today for better brain function: 🧠

1. Fuel your brain's energy production with protein-rich breakfast within an hour of waking. Your neurons need amino acids to create neurotransmitters. 💪
2. Do 10 minutes of resistance training - muscle contraction signals metabolic pathways that support brain clarity. 🌱
3. Support mitochondrial function with movement breaks every 90 minutes. When cellular energy drops, brain fog rises.

Remember: cognitive function isn't just about your head - it's the integrated relationship between your body's strength, biological energy, and brain regulation.

06/06/2026

The reason most health programs fail isn't lack of willpower - it's because they ignore the interconnected nature of your systems. 🧬

Your body needs physical strength to build resilience. Your biology requires cellular energy and metabolic stability. Your brain must feel safe enough to release old protective patterns. When we support all three dimensions together, sustainable transformation becomes possible. This integrated approach is why our clients achieve lasting results, not temporary fixes that fade under pressure. Ready to rebuild your health from the foundation up? 💪

Let's explore how the Body-Biology-Brain method can work for you.

06/04/2026

Most practitioners treat brain fog and metabolic issues as separate problems. But the latest research shows they're deeply connected through your cellular powerhouses - mitochondria. 🧬

When mitochondrial function declines, it creates a cascade: reduced ATP production leads to hormone dysregulation, which then impacts neurotransmitter balance and brain performance. The key is rebuilding mitochondrial capacity through targeted nutrition, movement, and stress regulation - not just treating symptoms in isolation. This integrated approach restores the foundation that supports both metabolic and cognitive health. 🔋

Ready to rebuild your body's energy system from the ground up? True healing requires supporting all systems together.
