We’re currently rebuilding our Shopify store, and while we work through a few issues with how our collections are being displayed, hats need to keep moving.

So for now, we’re going one by one.

This one is a Maroon Rider — size 7 1/4 — cleaned up, shaped, and ready to ship. It does have a small blemish, so we’re willing to work with you on the price and cover the shipping.

Hat Boxes via Wholesale!

Hat boxes have been one of the biggest pains in the industry, and we heard your call!

We are so excited to announce custom hat boxes that come in five core main colors as well as your logo being printed on the top.

These boxes have a lid, a tray to keep the hat secure, and a handle to make it easy for your customer to carry.

We are currently shipping them by the pallet and they are all custom orders.

This started as an open crown. We shaped it into a teardrop, and this is exactly what we want our open crowns to be, a great canvas for the person shaping the hat.

The crown feels GREAT. Hard, stiff, consistent, and no soft spots. Whether you want a teardrop, cattleman, brick, or something completely your own, you have a solid foundation to work with.

Shape the crown. Trim the brim. Burn it. Decorate it. Make it yours.

For our hat makers, hat bars, and wholesale partners, we’re also offering blank-label options. Add your own liner and branding, and the finished hat becomes yours. We’ll also continue offering Tailor Hats labeled options for anyone who wants to carry the brand.

And we’re just getting started with open crowns.

Soon, we’ll be adding them to our website with a virtual shaping experience, and we’ll start bringing open crowns with us to shows and events so you can experience the shaping process in person.
