There are eight new bestsellers, nineteen new audiobooks, and 20 other new books, including 43 that are available online.
The new bestsellers this week include "Stop Letting Everything Affect You: How to Break Free from Overthinking, Emotional Chaos, and Self-Sabotage," "Meet Me in Paris," and "The Amateur."
Update: power has been restored so Kathleen went back to work- now we are open until 7.
We have no power at the library so we are going to close for the night.
We plan to reopen in the morning with normal hours from 9-5.

Tonight is our final Food Preservation Watch Party with the U of I Extension. Our topic is “Preserving Apples at Home”. 6:00-7:15.

Mondays' drop-in Together Time: Flight station is now open! Come in to explore the mysteries and histories of flight with books, projects (build 3 different flight experiments with our SnapCircuits kit and more), view the first and only flight of the Spruce Goose and other videos, and learn interesting facts. The station is designed for adults or older children. Explore on your own, with a companion, or with a staff member.
