The Orica team came together in Nashville and Denver to pack 800 Birthing Kits, making a powerful impact through teamwork and service.

Project C.U.R.E.'s maternal-focused Birthing Kits contain essential items like sterile gloves, procedure towels, scissors, umbilical cord clamps, gauze, baby onesies, and reusable diapers. These items are often scarce in resource-limited health facilities, making them even more important for expectant mothers seeking care.

Thank you to our friends at Orica for investing time, energy, and compassion in this effort. We are proud to partner with organizations that recognize how small actions can create lasting change around the world!

8.6 million medical items. 55 health facilities. A lasting impact across Ethiopia. 🇪🇹❤️

Over two and a half years, the Oromia Healthcare Improvement Project (OHIP) delivered 41 containers of medical equipment and supplies to 55 public health facilities across Ethiopia's Oromia region.

But the impact goes far beyond the numbers.

These facilities serve approximately 8.87 million patient visits every year, including an estimated 220,000 births. And the supplies are being put to work: 98.6% of health workers surveyed said the donated equipment improved patient care, while 96.6% reported using the equipment daily or weekly.

Behind every statistic is a patient — a mother welcoming a new baby, someone receiving surgery, or a healthcare worker with the tools they need to provide care.

The containers may have been delivered, but the impact continues.

This is what is possible when we come together to strengthen healthcare and ensure essential medical resources reach the people who need them most.

❤️ 41 containers. 8.6 million medical items. 55 health facilities. One lasting impact.

Over $30,000 was raised with 200+ people in one room, laughing and remembering why this work matters.

This weekend, Project C.U.R.E. packed into Zanies Nashville in Nashville for Stand Up for Global Health. We laughed with Michael Danziger and Dr. Ben Comedy, all while raising over $30,000 to help close a gap in access to basic healthcare.

Thank you to our sponsors who made it possible: Umano Medical, HCA Healthcare , AllianceBernstein, Carol and Burton Elrod, and Allison and Michael Couden for their generous support.

We are so proud to be part of the community!

More than 1,300 people have died in flash floods along the Bhote Koshi River, with more than 5,000 still missing. Project C.U.R.E. has delivered health and hope to Nepal for decades, most recently to a hospital in Chitwan now facing the worst effects of the flooding. Partners on the ground are already responding. They need us behind them.

Comment "Nepal" to give today.

A small kit can make a big difference.

For children around the world, a simple cut or scrape can become a serious health risk without access to basic first-aid supplies. Through Project C.U.R.E.’s Kits for Kids program, volunteers help pack essential wound care and hygiene items for children and families in need.

Whether you’re looking to give back, complete service hours, or get more involved with Project C.U.R.E., there’s a place for you. 🌍

Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo, has endured a volcanic eruption and ongoing conflict, with waves of displaced families arriving faster than hospitals can keep up.

Centre Hospitalier Bethesda serves 1.6 million people in this region. Before the Project C.U.R.E. container arrived, only a quarter of their medical equipment was working.

Project C.U.R.E. sent wheelchairs, walking frames, ambu bags for newborns struggling to breathe, colostomy bags, oxygen masks, surgical gowns, and thousands of other supplies a hospital cannot function without.

Where you live shouldn't determine whether you live. In Goma, this container just changed the odds for thousands of patients.

📦 Delivering health and hope, one container at a time.
