- Opened the rare 1960 Fender Bandmaster to find all original parts and untouched solder joints! The Filter caps in excellent condition-W🤩W!
Most parts, including speakers, date late 1959 and all potentiometers date 3rd or 6th week of 1960. The original 2-prong cord minus the plug which appears to been changed decades ago. This beast is no longer rare - but very, very rare💯👍 Sorry for all the talk🤓

This 1960 Fender Bandmaster may be one of rarest Fender amps ever made. It was only made for a few months before fender sent letters to dealers and customers for a recall on this amp because the upgraded power supply over the tweed version could cause damage to the speakers. This one was never sent back and has the original 1959 Jensen P10R speakers used in the tweed version- works great!!! 💪

RARE BIRD🐦 This April 1960 Bandmaster has the very rare 5G7 circuit that features the center volume control. This beauty also features the original late 1959 Jensen Blue Bell speakers. This transition circuit from tweed to brown sound was only found in one year span. The pink- brown tolex with the oxblood grille is pretty gal😍

- Swapping out the pickup in this custom shop PRS McCarty 'Wood Library'. The PRS 58/15 LT pickup is suppose to replicate the sonic signature of an original Gibson PAF pickup. Sorry to say that it is not even close. The inner detail of the Seymour Duncan we installed was a nice upgrade to this $4400 guitar.
