This year, Country Nights & Neon Lights is bringing a Western Legends twist to an unforgettable evening of live music, dancing, dinner and drinks, casino games, and live and silent auctions. Every ticket, sponsorship, and bid helps support youth charities serving kids across the East Valley.

Rock the Cause presents Country Nights & Neon Lights, and this year’s theme is Western Legends.
On Saturday, November 7, 2026, we’re taking over Rawhide Western Town & Event Center for an unforgettable night of live music, dancing, dinner and drinks, live and silent auctions, casino games—and a whole lot of fun for a meaningful cause.
Dust off your boots, grab your favorite cowboy hat, and come dressed as the Western legend you already are—or channel an icon such as Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, Reba McEntire, John Wayne, or another silver-screen cowboy.
Most importantly, every unforgettable moment helps support kids across the East Valley.

Meet Dr. Radman “Radi” Rahimi, CEO and President of BackFit Health + Spine and the Chandler Compadres’ Social Media and Marketing Chair.
For Radi, being a Compadre means joining a group of community-minded leaders who make time—despite busy careers and family lives—to raise money for a greater cause. He is especially proud of the work that happens behind the scenes throughout the year and of the moment it all comes together on Give Day, when the Compadres can support local charities and beneficiaries serving East Valley youth.

We take this quote to heart. Every young person in the Valley carries the future forward — the lessons they learn, the confidence they build, and the belief that someone in their corner cares.
That's the message we want to send: you matter, and your future is worth investing in.
When we support local youth programs, we're not just filling an afternoon or funding an activity. We're shaping the leaders, neighbors, and dreamers who will one day guide our community. The impact reaches far beyond today, into a time we may never see — but our kids will.

Rock the Cause is back this November — and it's going to be one for the books.
There's just one tiny detail we're keeping locked in the vault... the theme.
But since we love a little chaos, here are three options for you to vote on:
▪️ Alien Disco Rodeo — yeehaw meets outer space, boots and lasers required
▪️ Medieval Times But Make It Spicy — turkey legs with a kick and knights with attitude
▪️ 80s Aerobics Instructor Appreciation Night — leg warmers mandatory, sweatbands encouraged
Okay, maybe those aren't the actual themes. (Or are they? )

A neighborhood is more than streets and stoplights. 💙
It's the coach who stays late. The librarian who remembers your kid's name. The stranger who waves you into traffic and somehow makes your whole day better.
That's the East Valley we love — and it's the same energy that helps our youngest neighbors grow up strong.
Here's the thing about a strong community: it doesn't just help kids today. It shapes who they become tomorrow.
▪️ A kid who feels supported becomes a teen who shows up for others.
▪️ A teen who's mentored becomes an adult who gives back.
▪️ And the cycle keeps going, one caring neighbor at a time.

Member Spotlight: Chris Cuevas
Some people talk about making a difference. Chris Cuevas rolls up his sleeves and does it.
As Owner of Rite-Way Thermal, Chris spends his days keeping East Valley homes comfortable. But ask him about the Chandler Compadres, and the conversation quickly turns to something bigger — the kids in our community and the futures they deserve.
For Chris, being a Compadre is simple. Show up. Do the work. Give what you can. Repeat.
He'll tell you it's not about the spotlight or the recognition. That's the kind of leadership Chris brings to the table. The steady kind. The kind that inspires others to jump in and give more too. And it's a leadership the Compadres community has recognized — Chris will serve as President of the Chandler Compadres in the coming year, a role that speaks volumes about how deeply he believes in this mission.

At our 2026 Give Day, we were honored to distribute $2.9 million. That's the largest amount we've given to local nonprofits in our 45-year history.
