Redesign Trainings

"shakes up old systems, challenges what no longer works, and pushes us toward bold transformation and personal growth."
Sound familiar? 😉
What are you letting go of this year? And what are you committed to continuing on your Transformation journey? Drop it in the comments 👇

Welcome to the Year of the Fire Horse!

This rare combination only comes around every 60 years (last one was 1966!).

Fire Horses are known for their passionate, independent, and charismatic energy—they're natural leaders who aren't afraid to blaze their own trail.

This year favors bold action, authentic self-expression, and pursuing what truly ignites your passion. Fire Horse energy is confident, free-spirited, and transformative.

What does this mean for you? It's time to trust your instincts, take calculated risks, and gallop toward your biggest goals with courage and conviction. 🖤

What shall you bring?

Today is **Giving Tuesday**, and we’re celebrating the power of transformation and community. 💛

At Redesign Trainings, we’ve seen what becomes possible when people are truly seen, supported, and called forward. Our graduates, participants, volunteers, and supporters are all part of a growing community saying *yes* to courage, connection, and change.

This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to join us in making that possible for even more people.
Your gift helps us offer scholarships, expand our workshops, and continue creating spaces where lives are redesigned from the inside out.

👉 Donate here: https://www.redesigntrainings.org/donate

No amount is too small. When we give together, we open the door for more people to experience this work — and what’s possible for their lives. 🌱✨

Who's ready for a day of fun AND growth?

Take some time to step outside your comfort zone with this fun and interactive virtual workshop where you will try on improv principles through games and exercises professional actors and comedians have used for decades.
The twist is learning to apply these seemingly simple and silly games to deep, profound, transformational truths to open up new possibilities in how you experience yourself, your circumstances, and the Game of Life.
SEPTEMBER 27th. Time: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Tuition. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $195

The Game Of Make Believe, a One-Day Virtual Workshop, it gets to be experienced to be believed!

The first annual (aka second event) transformational Redesign Trainings OWTDuck race will be happening on October 25th. Adopt some ducks, support transformation, and have fun being part of community connection and giving. ❤️🤗🤗🎉🎉🎉

… in case a reminder supports you. 🙂
