Diversity Through Creativity The East Tennessee region is made up of many diverse and underrepresented communities, each with its own story and identity.
THECREATIVEUNDERGROUND (TCU) was established to increase awareness and visibility of culturally artistic expressions in the East Tennessee region. TCU is a multicultural group of participants from many backgrounds and artistic disciplines, steadfast toward making a powerful experience in the realm of Community Arts that is intellectually, physically, and emotionally stimulating. TCU aims to provide a voice for established and promising talent from those communities by promoting and encouraging inclusion.
